Danni Menzies heads to the Greek island of Corfu to help catering business owner Sarah from Manchester find her dream holiday home. Joining her is Jo who she’s been best friends with since their schooldays. With a budget of £170,000 Danni shows them five stunning properties but will any of them be perfect?

About the area

Lying just off Greece’s north-west coast, Corfu can be reached by plane in just three hours from the UK. The island has a famously stunning green landscape which has earned it the nickname ‘the emerald isle’. The climate here is mild, in fact the temperature rarely rises higher than 28 degrees even in summer... which means there is an abundance of lush greenery. Corfu has over ninety beaches, and they are some of the most beautiful in Greece. All of them have picture perfect sandy shores and crystal-clear waters, so it’s no surprise that they tempt people here year after year.
