About the area

Estepona is both a town and region under an hour’s drive south of Malaga airport, to which direct flights from the UK take about 3 hours. It’s becoming an increasingly visited tourist destination, and it’s not hard to see why – with over 13 miles of beautiful beaches, many backed by pretty promenades and loads of lovely local restaurants providing the perfect places to enjoy al fresco dining. It’s also one of the most cosmopolitan parts of Spain with over 100 nationalities living in the town and surrounding areas. Despite its rise in popularity Estepona still retains a nice sense of Andalucian charm, particularly in its Old Town with the cobbled streets and flower-filled plazas.
