Kim is looking for a holiday home in Spain’s Eastern Costa del Sol and she’s brought her younger sister Debbie along to help. Both Kim and Debbie grew up by the sea in South Wales so they desperately want their holiday home to be within a stone’s throw of a beach. Tasked with finding them such a place is Leah Charles-King who shows them the best of what their £115,000 offers them. She has five fantastic properties to show them but will any be the perfect pad for Kim?

About the area

The Costa del Sol can be split into two sections, east and west, with Malaga city at the centre – to which direct flights from the UK take under three hours.

Although Eastern Costa del Sol is slightly less developed and well known than the Western Coast, this part of Spain is rapidly rising in popularity, with tourists fast discovering the fabulous array of beaches, pristine promenades, and great selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. And this increase in interest means property prices are starting to catch up too.
