They wanted something with 2 bedrooms, good sea views and plenty of outside space and they fell in love with the second property–a clifftop apartment that fitted the bill perfectly. 7 years later Lee Juggurnauth meets up with them to see they’ve really put their own stamp on it, by giving it a much more modern feel with the all-new furniture and decoration. Peter and Karen have always loved this part of Spain and were looking for a property in Tarragona with a minimum of 4 bedrooms, mountain views, loads of outside space and a swimming pool. Danni Menzies impressed them with the third property she showed them that had a beautiful position in the mountains–so much so they soon agreed to buy it for £186,000–but sadly that property feel through at the last minute.
