Alison and Gabriel wanted a 2 bedroom holiday home with outside space not too far from the beach, and when they saw our third property which was a refurbished house they felt it would be impossible to beat on their budget! They were thrilled to get the property they loved for a great deal at just under £103,500. Two years later Craig is back to see how they have made the property their own and to see the trendy touches they’ve added! Plus they take a trip to Denia Market with its huge range of local produce, and enjoy a barbeque with some new friends and neighbours.
