#Unique, extraordinary, quality the words just don´t do justice and I expect neither will the photos. Just viewing this wonderful property is an experience in itself.

An original 1860´s big townhouse which has had another house built inside it which takes cavity wall to a new level altogether. The features inside the house are far too numerous to fit into a normal description but I have to try.

Walking in from the front you can´t help but notice the amazing solid wooden door and the ironwork, it´s like a fortress door but beautiful. The owners have spent well over 200,000€ making this house what it is today and to ensure the elderly gentleman who is ill has had everything to make his life the very best it can be.

Because of reasons stated above the owners need to move to be with their children in Alicante and want to sell reasonably quickly so they have instructed us to put it up for sale at what I consider to be a ridiculously cheap 140,000€
