We are a family business that after purchasing our home in Spain 17 years ago and feeling like we had been dumped in the middle of a field as we had unknowingly chosen an agent from miles away and were left, pretty much, to fend for ourselves. This experience helped us to identify an opportunity within the property industry to create a truly independent and professional agency, built on family values of honesty, support and trust.
Our aim is to provide a service that goes above and beyond our customer’s expectations. Due to sourcing only the best value properties to help our clients succeed in finding their ideal property in the Alicante region.
Listening and making you feel comfortable discussing your requirements is our priority.
Alicante Sunshine Villas is ADPI (Advisors of Property) certificated, this is not a label it is the highest certification available for Estate Agents in Spain, there are only three of us in the Alicante region at the time of writing, it takes a huge commitment to meet the requirements of Property Law knowledge which is so important and may explain why, since the pandemic, we are selling properties over the telephone quite regularly.
