Villa Simona, is a beautiful villa located in the picturesque town of Mondello.
Not many words are needed to describe Mondello one of the most famous destinations in Sicily.
Just a few kilometres from beautiful Palermo, Mondello has one of the whitest beaches and one of the bluest seas in all of Sicily.
The villa is located just over 1km from the sea in a totally residential context consisting only of villas with a maximum of two floors.
The vegetation around the house makes the context extremely pleasant.
Away from the nightlife that populates Mondello's seafront every spring and summer, the villa has great privacy and remarkable quietness.
The entire property is fenced off and has a driveway access gate that allows even more than two cars to park comfortably inside the property.
The Villa
The villa was totally renovated during 2012 and is currently in perfect condition.
It consists of two floors plus an attic.
A beautiful outbuilding and a large garden complete the property.
On the ground floor is the living area while on the first floor is the sleeping area.
The villa is accessed via a large entrance hall from which it is possible to access various areas of the house.
In front of the entrance hall is the hall overlooking the garden.
Here a large window and a large French door make the room extremely bright and airy.
The veranda bordering the garden is very comfortable, large enough to accommodate sun loungers or a table and chairs.
From the lounge there is access to the large kitchen with peninsula.
Everything is in excellent condition and perfectly cared for.
Here, too, the presence of two windows makes the rooms very bright and livable.
The kitchen can also be accessed through a dedicated door in the large entrance hall.
A nice windowed bathroom with shower completes the ground floor.
The lower floor has a modern and spacious design, with ample space for family life and entertainment. The kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances, opens onto a bright dining room.
Marble stairs with metal railings lead to the first floor of the villa where the sleeping area is located.
Here you will find a corridor leading to the 2 large bedrooms, both of which have French windows giving access to a large balcony that overlooks the garden of the house.
One of the two bedrooms has a walk-in wardrobe.
Completing the first floor is a large bathroom with bath and shower.
Finally, going up to the top floor there is a comfortable and large attic room.
The ceiling heights allow for a fair amount of living space.
This area is currently used as a bedroom with an additional large bathroom.
The property, as mentioned, has a large garden at the rear of the house, but on both the left and right sides of the villa there is no lack of additional outdoor space that could be used with a kitchen and an outdoor shower.
But this is not the end of the story.
A large outbuilding consisting of a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom makes it possible to accommodate friends and family while guaranteeing maximum peace and privacy for guests.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
The villa has an underfloor heating system with an independent boiler.

The outside garden is in our opinion the highlight of the house.
Although at the moment it is not exploited in the right way.
A swimming pool could be created here and plants and flowers could be planted to make it more attractive.
The outdoor spaces are indeed large but are currently little used by the current owners.
