Based in Palermo in Sicily, we work exclusively in this region and with international buyers. We speak six languages – including English, obviously – but our roots are firmly in our community here.

We have also been in your shoes. Half of our team arrived in Sicily as ex-pats, and we learnt through experience that when you buy a property overseas you need complete trust in the people you're dealing with. It's important not to have middle-men, to speak to someone who's seen the property you're buying with their own eyes. Every property in our portfolio has been selected by us, based on decades of industry experience and learning the needs of overseas buyers.

We are accredited members of the FIAIP (the Italian Federation of Estate Agents) and registered realtors at the Italian Chamber of Commerce. This makes us privileged to be able to represent both you and the local vendors. Doing so in a way that is impartial and honest is more than an aim for us – it's a founding principle, the reason we got into this business. We are also members of the ADDIOPIZZO anti-mafia organisation.

Our pre-sale services include everything from property scouting and reports to representing clients who need a trusted local representative when dealing with other agencies. After you have completed we will be delighted to help you manage building projects and renovations, the logistics of moving to Sicily, running holiday lettings... even learning the language!
