The ruin is slightly elevated, with a land area of 14,840 m2, with the possibility of building an area of 300 m2.
The land has electric light on the side and you can drill a hole to collect water.

Messines is a town of Arab origin, which already existed in 1189, when the Crusaders and the troops of D. Sancho I conquered Silves. In short, São Bartolomeu de Messines is a small and charming village located northeast of Silves.
The village belonged to the Moors until it was conquered by the Portuguese in 1189, at the time called 'Mussiene'. Today, around 8000 people live in Messines, surrounded by a magnificent landscape that dominates the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
This ruin is a good deal, where you can find the ideal conditions to build your house and live in a pleasant and calm place in communion with nature and where you can do agriculture and with space to have animals.
