The house is located in a small neighborhood within walking distance to a popular bar/restaurant. The villages of Cantoria and in the other direction Fines can both be reached within 5 minutes. In these villages you will find all amenities such as: supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, medical center etc. The large market towns of Olula del Rio and Albox are only a 10-minute drive away where the larger supermarkets can be found. The beach areas of Vera, Mojacar an Garrucha are a 30-40 minute drive away.

Double gates open onto th driveway where there is ample parking for several cars. At the end of the driveway there is a carport which offers plenty of shade. A completely covered terrace leads to the entrance of the house. This terrace is wonderful for the summer and winter months and this space is ideal as an extra living room or dining room. It also has roller blinds. The front door leads into the large and bright living room with pellet stove and air conditioning. Next to the living room there is the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of waork space and cupboards.  A door from the kitchen leads to the dining room, which can also be used as a fourth bedroom if needed. From the lounge double doors lead into a hallway from where there are 2 double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, the very large family shower room and a handy storage cupboard. The beautiful marble staircase leads upstairs where there is the master bedroom with air conditioning and an ensuite shower room. On the landing, a patio door leads to a large roof terrace from where there are lovely views, ideal for having a drink and enjoying the views.

The garden is mainly landscaped with gravel ideal for low maintenance and there are plenty of (fruit) trees and shrubs and there is an oasis of colors. In front of the terrace there is the 8X4 swimming pool which has recently been completely re tiled, cleaned with a new filter and pump. There is plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. Next to the pool there is a nice garden house where you can sit or dine comfortably, which can also serve as storage for the garden furniture. Behind the house there is the handy, large storage space.
