Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom cave house with large garage, situated in the town of Cullar. The cave is within walking distance of all amenities, including restuarants, bars, shops and banks, etc. But is also only a short walk in the opposite direction to the countyside, therefore excellent for walking and cycling.

On entering the property through a wooden Andalusian door you are in the large kitchen with fitted units, including dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas range type cooker with extractor above and dining table and chairs. To the far end of the kitchen is a scullery with matching units. Opposite is a fully tiled bathroom with vanity, toilet and large walk in thermostaticaly controlled shower. Lighting in both the kitchen and bathroom are controllable via remote control to obtain the desired lighting effect that you require.
