A very unusual and beautiful village house in a quiet street on the outskirts of the country town of Riogordo.

Location
Although only a short walk from the village centre, Casa Carabo is on a quiet street on the edge of this picturesque white village. Riogordo is within 35 minutes’ drive of Malaga city and set in glorious countyside, with easy, fast access. It has plenty of excellent facilities including a wide range of shops and some very lovely bars and restaurants, schools, health centre, sports facilities, gym, and more. It is only 10 minutes from beautiful Lake Viñuela and half an hour to the coast at Torre del Mar.

The Property
There are steps at this property, so this house is not for anyone looking for something on one level. From the street, is access to a beautiful living room/dining room, leading directly into a fully fitted kitchen, with door out to the inner courtyard patio, which has access to an outside shower room, a laundry area, and the double wooden doors to the main living room.

Adjoining the dining room is a staircase leading upstairs, plus a door into the only downstairs bedroom. From here, a door follows through to an office, with stairs leading upstairs, and a few steps up to the main living room. The living room has double wooden doors directly out to the lower patio, and access to the garden terrace.

Upstairs is a second bathroom, which services bedrooms two and three, on either side. Bedroom 4 has its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the front of the house, as well as window overlooking the middle terrace.

There are fruit trees here and a built in barbecue. A ramp/shallow steps lead back down to the lower courtyard patio.

From the middle terrace, a gate leads up further steps to an upper look-out terrace with beautiful views over the town.

The outside space that this property offers is very unusual, and the addition of a built-in pool makes this the perfect compromise, as this property offers the outside enjoyment of a country house, but within a village setting and hence walking distance to amenities.
