Location

Casa Dodd is located just a few meters from the Town hall and a local bar, whilst on the other side of the property there is an uninterrupted view of the valley towards the Maroma, including the mountain itself.

The road running past it is easy to access and has its own little drive that leads down into the property where a vehicle could be parked.

The Property

The property has a large terrace with a storage area next to the entrance gate (10m2) that could be opened up as there is a chimney inside that was once used for cooking.

Entering the property is a large open living room (7x3m) and beyond, a kitchen (7x3m). In the living room there is also a set of staris to the far left that lead up to the second and third floors. Under the staris is a useful storage space.

The stairs from the living room lead to a small landing that connects to the bathroom (4x4m) and two bedrooms (both 4x4m), one with an Andalusian balcony overlooking the lower terrace.

Following the stairs up to the next floor, we reach a landing area currently used as a second kitchen/office (3x4m). From here is access to a large bedroom (4x3m) with a tall ceiling and wonderful views of the valley and countryside.

Access to the upper terrace (8x4m) is from this third bedroom, and this lovely space overlooks the lower terrace and the southern side of the village.
