Casa Lomilla is in the heart of this lovely village, offering simple accommodation on one level. The front door leads into the living room (3.5 x 3m), and beyond is a small inner hallway. From here is access to the kitchen to the right (3.5 x 2m), which is fully fitted, and a bathroom beyond (around 2 x 2m). To the left are two bedrooms; the master bedroom is a good size (4 x 3m) and next door is bedroom 2 (3 x 2m). And also accessed from the inner hallway is bedroom 3, which can be used both as a guest bedroom and a second living area (2 x 2m appox) as this room has doors leading out to a street corner that is used only by this property, as an outdoor terrace area.
This friendly little house is ideal as an economical base to spend time in the village and in the area, and visiting Andalusia. Very little needs doing, just a few repairs here and there and the property could be made to look very lovely, depending on how you wish to decorate and furnish it. It has good potential as a holiday rental or permanent rental too.
