Full Description
This is the main part of an old farmhouse set just outside the pretty village of St Just d'Ardèche, near Le Pont Saint Esprit. The farmhouse was divided up, but there is a division and wall between the two parts. In St Just there are lots of small shops, including bakers and supermarket., cafés and restaurants. This is the heart of the Ardèche tourist area.
The farmhouse is currently being stripped back, and the future owner has the choice of either renovating the building themselves, or the current owner will do the work for the owners...he is a local builder.
