There are several designs of villa to choose from with build sizes ranging from 100m 3 bed 2 baths for as little as 143,000 euros to whopping 207m 4 bed 2 bath two storey villas at 229,000 euros. These models are just a guideline of what can be built and working with the constructors in house architect it is possible to change the layout of the properties to suit your own personal requirements and taste. Making rooms or windows larger, adding bathrooms, utility rooms, double doors etc is all possible. As a result, each property is bespoke.

Build times range on average from 6-9 months and you will not be expected to part with a penny until a plot, design and specifications list has been agreed. The cost of the construction can then be financed by stage payments over the course of the build or a construction mortgage for 70% of the cost can be arranged subject to status if required.

Whilst having a property built off plan and from scratch takes much longer than the purchase of a resale the end result will be well worth the wait. The finished villa, down to positioning on your chosen plot the colour of the roof tiles, the plug sockets, kitchen and bathroom fittings etc will be to your exact taste and specification.
