The Maison de Maître is sound and the roof is in good condition; the house can be lived in but needs updating. The good thing is that all the original features are still there, together with working bathrooms and kitchen so the house can be lived in while modernisation takes place. The electricity needs redoing and the boiler from the oil fired central heating is old and could probably do with replacing. Mains water and drainage.
