4,170 house hunters
What a fantastic 3 days! From the 8-10 May A Place in the Sun Live returned to the capital at London's ExCel, welcoming 4,170 visitors ready to take their next steps towards buying or moving abroad. It was wonderful to meet so many of you in person, hear about your plans and support you with the questions that naturally arise when purchasing property or relocating overseas. We hope our conversations left you feeling informed, reassured and confident about your journey ahead.

Our A Place in the Sun Live exhibitions wouldn’t be complete without some familiar faces from the TV show! Throughout the three-day event, attendees were joined by Laura Hamilton, Ben Hillman and Jasmine Harman, who brought with them their behind-the-scenes stories, expert advice and invaluable tips on buying property and starting a new life abroad. Visitors also had the chance to meet them face-to-face, ask questions about their experiences, snap selfies and get a signing!
There was another recognisable guest on stage over the weekend too - one viewers may remember from A Place in the Sun! We were delighted to welcome Mick and Mandy, who appeared on the TV show in November 2025 as they searched for their dream home on Spain’s Costa Blanca alongside Ben Hillman. During the event, they shared their journey from the initial screen test through to finding and purchasing their property abroad.
Exhibitors from over 20 countries
More than 100+ companies and their specialists from some of the world’s most sought-after destinations landed in London, representing Spain, France, Portugal, Cyprus, Italy, Turkey, Malta, Greece, Dubai to countries further afield in Kenya, Thailand, the Dominican Republic, Belize and beyond.
Visitors got to connect face-to-face with estate agents, developers, and relocation experts who were ready to turn visitor plans into reality. Whether they were searching for a holiday home, a permanent move, or an investment opportunity, they received clear, practical advice tailored to them.

Auditions for the TV show
Will any of this year's visitors appear on your TV screens some time soon? The Freeform production team were holding auditions all weekend for the future house hunters of A Place in the Sun!
