Located between Dieppe and Neufchâtel, in Upper Normandy, the former Ferme Paquet is located on Avenue Verte, from London to Paris, and once belonged to the same family for 9 generations and appears on the Napoleonic land register map.
The relatively compact buildings with an exceptional roof frame and large vaulted cellars suggest an ecclesiastical use before being a farm.
A date of 1783 on a lintel of the now restored house probably marks a change in use from the washhouse to the bread oven and the forge.
