***THE LOCAL AREA***

Strategically situated at just 15 Km from the historical cities of Alicante and Elche and bordered with miles of golden sandy beaches and a great natural reserve of pine forest. These villas are situated in a quiet residential street within walking distance from all amenities. A well-equipped commercial centre, a leisure centre, a superb promenade, dozens of restaurants and terraces, clinics, Spa and all municipal offices make this area an ideal spot. Just a short drive away (3,5 Kms.) you will find the typical fishing port of Santa Pola, the old plazas and many places to enjoy Tapa's, Paella and all fresh seafood. Gran Alacant is essentially a big urbanisation and a suburb of Santa Pola.
