This house is on the Western Side of Lucca enjoying the Sea Breezes. It has full car access into a massive garage, where, apparently, the full size bus used to park. The garage isn't currently connected to the main living floors however, it is possible to do, there is lots of space for a staircase.
The floors are all new with attractive tiles, one enters into a large sitting room with dual aspect. There used to be a wood burning stove. The kitchen has a fireplace and a walk-in larder which is where the staircase to the garage could be placed.
Obviously, being an older property, the stairs are quite steep and are 'Graniglia'. There are two bedrooms, one of which has three windows giving it lots of light. The bathroom is the only disappointment as it is rather small. The main bedroom is huge though and so there is loads of room, even for a second bathroom.
The village is part of the Municipality of Pescaglia and is within walking distance of the Serbacco Family Park
It is on the Western side and so very quick to get the beach a Lido di Camaiore.
In the other direction, there are CAI (official Italian Walking Paths) up to Monte Matanna where there is a horse reservation and a restaurant. It is a good hike though.
There is a museum next to the house and a lovely garden behind the house where the poppies were growing at the time of the photographs.
