Ciudad Quesada town centre is only a 12-minute easy walk (1.0km) from Doña
Pepa.

In Ciudad Quesada itself you will find international supermarkets, over
100 cafes, bars, restaurants, many different banks, beauty salons, shops,
mechanics, opticians, pharmacy, medical centre, tennis courts, crazy golf,
bowling and so much more.

Quesada even boasts its very own Aqua Park, Water Theme Park, open all

Doña Pepa is also ideally located if you are a golf enthusiast, with the
La Marquesa Golf Club only 5 minutes’ drive away and then a little further La
Finca Golf. Other Golf Clubs within an
easy 20-minute drive are Campo de Golf Villamartin, Real Club de Golf
Campoamor, Las Ramblas Golf de Campoamor, Lo Romero Golf and Las Colinas Golf
and Country Club.

The nearest sandy beaches are at Guardamar del Segura, La Mata and
Torrevieja as all easily accessed within 10-minutes’ drive. All come with

Torrevieja is a

it benefits from long hot summers, mild winters with a little rain and warm
springs and autumns, shorts and tee-shirt weather at least nine months of the

the outdoor life, it may be of interest to know that the Alicante province is
the second most mountainous in Spain which means forests treks, mountain
trails, hillwalking, camping and mountain biking are all very popular hobbies
here.

Ciudad
Quesada is served by Rojales Primary (CEIP Miguel Hernández) and High Schools
(IES La Encanta) both of which are state run. In addition, there is a private
Norwegian School (Den Norske Skolen) and a newly opened private English school
(Willow International Academy).

The town’s
medical centre is situated in Lo Marabú which is around a 5-minute drive from
the main street, with an additional 24-hour emergency service covered by the
Rojales medical centre.

The local
hospital is Torrevieja University Hospital. Granted University Hospital status
and recognised, by way of its gold award status by the Joint International
Committee in 2017, as one of the best hospitals in the world.

Torrevieja is
also home to a private hospital, Quirón, operated by the Quirónsalud group.
