DOMINIC CONVENT OF THE 16TH CENTURY (declared a Historic Artistic Monument by the Ministry of Culture in 1982). The architectural ensemble is divided into three characteristic elements: Facade, cloister and stairs.. The facade of historicist style is presented with three floors (low +2), formed with walls of earth, lime and brick, crowned with the shield of the order.. There are two levels (low +1) in the rest of the volumetry, composed by a beautiful patio developed around the cloister and decorated by semicircular arches on Tuscan columns forming the perimeter gallery. The pavement of this is the same as the stone of the columns that surround it and at the center we find a simple hexagonal font. In this cloister, the conventual architecture is interspersed with the stately architecture.. . The ground floor consists of an area of ??approx. of 890 m2. At the end of the main gallery stands a wide baroque staircase with a dome, which connects the ground floor with the upper rooms (with an area of ??719 m2) and a second floor next to the facade (of 137 m2), which It makes a total of 1,746 m2 of built surface. The roof is sloped with Arabic tiles and wooden beams.. . The convent in general has a good state of conservation, being able to use it for residential, catering or tourist-cultural purposes, providing a punctual rehabilitation in the locations that need it.
