We are absolutely proud to can present you that unique, self-sufficient country house which is just around 5 km away from the beautiful beaches of La Marina south of Alicante.
The owners put a lot of work and love into each single detail of the renovation of that house with focus to get a high quality standard of living in an region were no neighbours are close by but still all amendities and especially the cost with each wide sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca is close by.
The walls and the roof do have an isolation layer which gives you both in summer and in winter times a high standard of living. Along with the renovation have also been built in high standard windows. That is the reason why currently no air condition is installed, as you have a well-feeling temperature all year round in the house.
You enter the house via a covered and glassed former terraze which has been converted into a living room with an "outside" kitchen which can be heated via the oven/chimney as well. From that room you get into a spacious living room with an open kitchen (imported from Germany) connected to the living and dining room room. There is also a chimney with pellets for the winter months to can heat the complete house.
Directly beside the entrance is a spacious bathroom with a large shower. There are two more bedrooms, one with a bathroom en-suite. The smaller bedroom is currently used as an office.
In the easy to maintain and well designed garden you have a swimming pool with a good size which is nicely integrated into the garden.
You can also find a separate guesthouse including a small kitchen, a bathroom and a living and sleeping room. Currently it is used as a working space for massages and body treatments.
On the rear side of the house can be found an additional small outside bathroom and washing room. There is also located the technique room for the battery packs of the photovoltaic/solar installation. From there you get up to the solarium where you have amazing views to the mountains and the surroundings.
The plot of around 5000 m2 is devided into two zones: One is the living space with the lovely and nice garden, the other part, approximately the half of the plot could be used e.g. to keep animals or to plant vegetables or trees, ... currently there is a hut with chicken.
Its location is absolutely great. You are close to the beaches and to the airport it is just a 25 min drive. And within a 5-10 min drive you will find all amenities which you might need to can live a great live in a marvallous region.
