Location
On the map below you can see the exact location of the villa and from there you can link to Google maps to explore the surrounding area.  Agua Nueva is an exclusive urbanisation of detached villas and only a few minutes drive or short walk into the centre of Turre, a busy Spanish village where you will find supermarkets, many bars and restaurants offering national and international food, dentists, chemist, doctors etc with a great local market held every Friday on the village square near the church.  You have a short drive of around 10 minutes to the famous old village on the hill and beaches of Mojacar and a little further to the fishing village of Garrucha and beaches of Vera Playa.  If you like to explore our spectacular landscape a little further,  you can venture out to the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, Almeria, approximately an hours drive, here you will find some incredible beaches in beautiful natural surroundings and old fashioned villages with lovely little bars and restaurants by the sea.  For winter sport fans you can be in Sierra Nevada, Granada in 2.5 hours, ski in the morning and be back to the coast the same evening....where else could you do that!?
Golf
There is plenty to go at for our golf fans too!  There are 3 golf courses within a 20 to 25 minute drive away, Marina de la Torre in Mojacar, Valle del Este in Vera and Desert Springs in Cuevas de Almanzora.  A little further you have another excellent golf course near San Juan de Los Terreros called Aguilon.

The nearest airport is Almeria, followed by Murcia, Alicante and Malaga.
