This project will be consisted by four blocks of apartments and the apartments will be in total 40 of one and two bedrooms.
Due to the location of the plot, we are building on, the apartments are having sea views. The apartments on the 3rd floor have been designed to accommodate roof gardens.
In the center of the project there is going to be a big swimming pool for the adults and another small swimming pool for the kids. Also, there is going to be a gym facility and children playground.
At the ground floor of each block are the covered parking spaces (one parking per apartment) & a storage room per apartment.
