Our most recent project, located in the pretty village of San Fulgencio, includes villas. You can see that you are in a privileged location as the town is well established and not much new construction is being done. The seaside town of Guardamar, with its long stretches of white sand, beautiful harbor and a variety of cafes, shops and restaurants along the coast, is less than 15 km from San Fulgencio. Although San Fulgencio is a small town, it still has its fair share of comforts and entertainment, as well as a rich cultural legacy that can be explored in the archaeological museum and brand new theater complex. The villas are a short walk from the town centre, making a car unnecessary for regular shopping. For larger journeys, including those to the airport, the A7 motorway is just 8 minutes away by car. This road will take you to Alicante airport in less than 30 minutes. The villas are spacious properties with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. All rooms have built-in wardrobes. The living/dining room has a stylish open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and we have raised the ceiling to give the space a feeling of openness and light. One of the most crucial aspects of the property is that it is all on one level, making houses blend into the environment and not stand out, but their design will undoubtedly attract attention as it has taken many months to design different solutions to provide you and your family a functional yet comfortable home.
