The villa over a single level affords 192 mtrs of living space and is set within gardens – plot of 5,031 mtrs much of which has been walled and gated . Access is off tarmac via a small track through beautiful lemon groves. As you enter through the sliding gates into the gravelled driveway and to the right there is a car port with room for parking more cars and to the left there is a private Jacuzzi with pergola. The gardens are divided into separate areas. There is an outside bar/entertaining and BBQ area overlooking the free form swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is a seating area above the poolside pump room where you can relax and take in the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.
