Just around a 3 minutes' drive to the nearest beach, Playa Carrillo. Almost every type of service is close, either in Estrada or in Carrillo.
A short walk from the main road but far enough away that you don't hear the noise ... this property is ideal for living with one's family and renting the accommodations, specifically for having a fixed income.
The different constructions have been distributed very smartly, so as to give privacy to the different areas and allow everyone to enjoy this relaxing and green environment.
The main house counts with 5 bedrooms. Two of which have independent entrances and private bathrooms and the other three bedrooms with 1 big, shared bathroom are distributed in the same area, at the interior of the house. (If desired, there can be easily added 1 or 2 bathrooms). An open space area with kitchen and living room are connected directly to the terrace, that stretches along the front of the house and allows you to sit back and relax, enjoying the trees and wildlife that are never lacking in Costa Rica.
A small Rancho, which gives the possibility to eat and spend time with friends, dry from the rain or protected from the sun, is located at a comfortable distance from all facilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge, that all the guests can share.
Independently of the main house we find two modular houses, each with 2 bedrooms and private bathrooms, for a total of 4 rooms/4 bathrooms for rent. There remains abundant space to be used to add eventual buildings, a nice swimming pool, yoga deck, or just leave it natural. Parking for about 8 cars is already provided.
