We are in the wonderful and renowned Stintino, a location that needs no introduction thanks to its crystal clear sea, the Spiaggia della Pelosa (considered one of the most beautiful in the world), and its proximity to the Asinara Island Park.


The house that we are going to present to you is located in Punta de Su Turrione, inside the Country Paradise tourist village and we can assure you that when you see the photos and the virtual tour you will immediately ask us to visit it on site, thanks, above all, to the wonderful sea view enjoyed by this wonderful property, which will guarantee you privacy, livable spaces, the swimming pool if you want to enjoy the refreshment without necessarily having to reach the surrounding beaches and the possibility of being able to share all this with relatives and friends.


The house was divided into two units: the main block and the annex.


The main block (which is spread over two levels) is composed of the entrance which leads us towards a large living room equipped with two French windows overlooking the garden and the sea view, which can be enjoyed especially during spring and summer evenings. The livable kitchen is separate and is equipped with a French window from which it is possible to reach the garden, should we decide to use it for dinners in the company of our loved ones. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a dressing room to be used as a hallway, a bathroom with shower and a basement useful as a storage room. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom with an internal bathroom equipped with a large shower and a French window that leads us onto a large terrace where we can enjoy a wonderful view towards the Stintino coast and its crystal clear sea.


Our visit continues in the annex, adjacent to the main block, which can be used by those we invite to spend pleasant moments in company. It consists of an entrance hall, a spacious double bedroom with a large internal bathroom, and a rear area that can be used as a storage room to store suitcases and everything necessary that we can use during our stay. Separate from all this, we find a spacious tool room where you can store all the necessary equipment to be used during the summer season.


Surrounding this wonderful property, we have a beautiful garden (with the possibility of entering by car from a side gate, ideal for elderly people or those with reduced mobility) which leads us towards the swimming pool of the house. It measures 5 x 10 meters and is covered with non-slip tiles also on the pool edge (infinity edge with pool lighting). What a wonderful opportunity to take a dip in the water, enjoying the wonderful view towards the Gulf of Asinara and the northern coast of Sardinia.


The house was designed to be lived in all year round, thanks to its heating system, equipped with radiators which will allow you to use the house even during the winter period, if you want to escape from the chaos of the city. Externally there is a cylinder to feed the fires and a boiler.
