We are pleased to introduce you to this pretty and bright studio with balcony in the Edificio Martianez. The studio is on the third floor. The building offers access to the communal pool
and is within walking distance of the beach "Playa Martianez", various shopping opportunities and great tourist attractions.

The newly renovated bathroom is in the entrance area of the studio.
The separate and equipped kitchen with a hatch to the living room is on the right hand side of the hallway.
The living and sleeping area consists of a lounge and bed area. At the end of the room you enter the balcony with a view of the ocean.

The property is rounded off by a communal pool, which is available to the residents.

The property was successfully rented out as a holiday apartment until recently. The owner has the necessary rental license (VV) for this.

The studio is about 150 meters walk from Playa Martianez. Behind the residential complex, the landscape rises steeply to the La Paz district. However, the city center of Puerto de la Cruz can be reached without much effort on foot via the beautiful promenade to San Telmo.

Although Puerto de la Cruz is the smallest municipality in Tenerife, it has such attractive places as the listed historic centre or an extensive stretch of coastline for long, peaceful walks. Situated on the coast of the La Orotava valley, the town is nestled in an impressive landscape with Spain's highest mountain, Mount Teide, rising above it on the horizon. Its pleasant climate made it the first tourist centre in the Canary Islands. The mixture of flower gardens, black sand beaches, the seaside shopping area and the picturesque cobbled streets enchants visitors and offers them a wide variety of activities for the whole family.
