Agricultural field in Anarita community, in Paphos District. It is situated at a distance of 1,5 kilometers (approx.) north of the community’s center and 2,9 kilometers (approx.) northwest of Asprogkremmos Reservoir.
The field has an irregular shape, a slightly sloping surface and abuts onto a registered dirt-road along its northern boundary, with a frontage of 58 meters (approx.)
It must be noted that the property falls within the consolidation area.
The asset does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219).
