In the attic of the property we can see the exposed roof made of eucalyptus beams, the roof is in a reasonable state of conservation, this space can be converted into more storage if needed
Going down to the ground floor we have several storage rooms, a kitchen, a good sized bathroom and a bedroom. It also has a garage and a traditional wine cellar. With exterior access you have more storage rooms and animal sheds , some you will keep but probably some you will find a different purpose.
The property land is mostly flat and made up of olive trees, although also part forest, a vineyard, pear orchard, apple orchard, walnut trees and some citrons .
The location is in a small village with café and restaurant (meals on request). It has good access to the motorway and the main cities of Tomar and Ferreira do Zêzere are only 20 minutes away.
Lisbon airport is about an hour and twenty away by car
