The lounge opens into the glazed naya, also used as a dining area and it overlooks the pool and rear garden and local woodlands. Between the trees we can sea the sea. The woodlands can be accessed through a rear gate and perfect for walking the dog. We are advised by the owner that this area is protected and can not be built upon.
An archway from the lounge leads us to two double bedrooms with their owns sinks and fitted wardrobes and AC in the master. They share an adjacent bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Moving outside a few steps take us to the side and rear garden and we pass a wooden shed and two storage rooms to our left. One is a perfect "man cave" and has electricity and light. The swimming pool is 8x4m and accessed via roman steps. There is ample terrace and retractable awnings provide shade both here and outside of the naya windows when needed.
From the pool terrace we can access the self contained apartment. There is a lounge/kitchenette area with large storage cupboards and AC, from here we can access the utility room to the rear and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are large doubles and again have their own sinks and fitted wardrobes. There is no AC in the apartment but it can be easily installed. It is expected the apartment would rent as a whole for around 150 euros per night.
The villa also boasts another utility/storage room situated around the side of the apartment and this has a toilet and sink, very hand for when using the pool area. There are mosquito blinds throughout the villa and it can be sold part furnished including BBQ and other items.
Within a 20 minute walk there is a bar, restaurant and the Norwegian school and close by the British school. Alfaz is just a 2 minute drive offering supermarkets and al amenities.
