The resort of United Golf is maintained meticulously. The Golf Course is currently closed (thus the price), but there are many courses to choose from within a 10 min drive. Nobody can guarantee if the Course re-opens, although we believe it will at some point. At this price, and with this spec and pools, sports facilities, gym etc it is a fantastic opportunity. The beaches of the Mar Menor are 20 mins away, as is Murcia International Airport. Alicante Airport is within an hour. There is nothing on the market under 70k with this spec! This is a must for a viewing. The resort has a tennis court, gym, bowling green and multi-purpose pitch as well as multiple pools. There is also the 'meeting point' - a bar cafe only a 5 minute walk from this apartment. If you are looking for a low-priced yet high spec property on a quieter resort but within a very short driving distance of towns beaches Golf Courses Airport you should view this!
