In the center of Agnone (IS) we sell a building from ground to sky to renovate. The building elevates on three split-levels connected by internal staircases, for a total surface of about 150 sqm. The finishing materials present inside are those of ancient construction, with staircases and floors in local stone (chianche). The rooms are wide and spacious. On the ground floor, from a wide entrance, we access from an internal staircase to the floors above. On this level we find a small garden. Its history dates back to the 4th century B.C., from battles with the Romans, to the cradle of the civilisation of the Samnite people, of which there are clear archaeological traces. It boasts numerous churches in different architectural styles, an interesting historical center and is known for bell-making. Its modern center houses the hospital and all necessary services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping shops, typical restaurants and cafés. It is 100 km from Pescara airport, 70 km by motorway from the sea and 20 km from the ski slopes.
