We absolutely love this little house, and gorgeous patio, tucked away on the flat part of town with easy access, to parking , bars , restaurants and supermarket and local shops.
We entered the property from the patio, over the patio, there is a storage room and laundry area with a flat roof, on top of the flat roof - This leads to another street, although over the years, the door has been bricked up, you would be able to reinstall it if needed.
Into the house, the house compromises of a cost sitting room, kitchen-diner with windows overlooking the patio, with bathroom and one downstairs bedroom, upstairs are a further two bedrooms both with balcony doors the third Street.
Also off the stairwell is a sunny terrace. It would be possible to access the storage room roof from here with a staircase and also if you wanted to connect to the patio, this would also be possible as more than enough room.
