In the cellar there are various storage rooms and a wine cellar.
Near the house, one can also find a small garden and an uncultivated plot of land, to plant vegetables or beautiful flowers.
Located at the end of the small traditional village where the paved road ends and the forest road starts.
The water and electricity services are still operational.
