Full Description
The project is located in the archaeological area of ancient Kition and overlooks the historic monument, raising up to 4 floors in this cultural sensitive area. The ancient city of Kition founded in the last centuries of the Late Bronze Age after the Trojan war and is now covered by the modern city of Larnaca.
The location of the project provides the perfect balance of being in a modern metropolitan city while reviving the interesting history of the city which was enriched with different cultures of the years.
The project is located next to the bustling Spyros Kyprianou Avenue in Larnaca. The residents benefit from the fact that all basic amenities such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, parks, telecommunications companies, schools and many more. The project is under 10 minutes to the nearest beach and 10 minutes away to the city centre, the Larnaca General Hospital and the Metropolis Mall Larnaca.
The design was inspired by the geometrical shapes of the ancient city has linear lines with volumetric illusions and almost triangle shape when looked from above, making it to be perfectly harmonised with the historic monuments surrounding it.
The project consist of 4 floors and 6 apartments, 2 apartments are duplex.
