The air-conditioned lounge is a good size and offers a bright interior with windows on side aspect and windows/patio door on the front aspect. It comes furnished with high quality sofas which seat the whole family to include two large sofas and a large armchair sofa.

The guest bedroom is spacious with a bedroom area plus a separate sofa area (sofa bed settee)

The family bathroom has shower cubicle, wall mounted wash hand basin and low level wc. There is an extractor fan rather than window.
