The family bathroom is a good size and the bedrooms are spacious, but it is the enclosed, private terraces that really are the standout part of this level. With room for sofas, chairs and even a telescope, these terraces allow you to make the most of the sweeping country views in front of the villa in any weather and at any time of day or night.

The lower level of the property contains a laundry room, wine store and the 5th bedroom, which is currently being used as an office.

Outside, the inviting pool has a tile surround with plenty of room to pull up a sunlounger or two, there is a poolside shower and access to the outside kitchen. The gardens are landscaped, lawned and come with irrigation and thanks to the property having a borehole and connections to mains water there will not be any worries about keeping the grass green and the plants watered. The whole plot is fenced and the stone wall and white railings at the front of the property next to the road set the tone for the villa.
