To the right of the landing, a door opens onto a hallway (43ft²) with a toilet on its end, leading to another bedroom (140ft²), a fifth bedroom with a kitchenette (205ft²) and a bathroom (65ft²).
Above this floor, a large convertible attic with dormer windows in the front facade and gable wall and a Velux at the rear (ca. 646ft²).

Behind the barn, a metal garden shed to store tools. Two other small outbuildings, one of which is made of stone at the bottom of the garden: a shelter for the wintering of plants incorporating an old dry toilet no longer in use and a breeze-block chicken coop. Also, a canopied wooden terrace and an arbour to eat in the garden, while enjoying the breath-taking views of the surrounding meadows and hills.
