The project
A well thought-out villa design. When you think of a villa, you don't think of 'connected', but it is certainly a good, space-saving, option.
The houses are all built in an L-shape, taking into account the position of the sun and privacy.

The layout of these semi-detached 3-bedroom villas
The open plan kitchen with island has a full kitchen wall with the kitchen appliances all integrated. The granite top of the kitchen island is extended and a bit lowered so that we get a dining table where you can easily eat with 4 or 5 people. If you even want to eat inside, because in this region life is mainly outside.

The house is built in an L-shape. On one side of the living room you will find the master bedroom. From this master bedroom you can directly access the terrace through the large sliding doors. The en-suite bathroom with shower can be closed off with a sliding door.

The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house and they both have access to the terrace through sliding doors. Between these bedrooms is the second bathroom.
This is generally accessible via the hallway, but there is also direct access from one of these bedrooms via a sliding door.
