The Exterior:
This is a lovely private plot and the beautiful trees offer a shady respite from the long sunny days this area is renown for. The garden area has been designed for low maintenance but maximum impact and would be suitable for a holiday homes as well as full time living. There is a beautiful entrance gate (Electric with remote) and you approach the villa through the trees to a shaded parking spot.
The villa also comes with its own Almond grove set just below the villa. This plot is maintained free of charge by the local farmer who takes the almond crop as payment, however you are welcome to as many almonds as you wish during the harvest towards the end of summer. This almond grove is stunning in the spring with all the blossom in full bloom and has to be seen.
This is a beautiful villa that was only purchased this year by the vendors, however an unforeseen health issue means that they are unable to use the villa that they have so lovingly made into a home and they sell with a heavy heart.
