The property is the corner apartment of a small complex, comprised of 4 homes along the shared pool. Each home has its own private entrance. Located in the area of Agia Triada, which is considered to be a nice spot for those wishing to be close to beautiful beaches but be neither too isolated nor too busy.



In the proximity there are many scenic settlements such as Pigi and Adele, and of course the vibrant town of Rethymnon with its Old Town and Venetian Harbour. The apartment is less than 10km to most of the famous beaches to the east of Rethymnon. The beach village of Plakias in the south of Crete is a 45 minutes drive, through the Kourtaliotiko Gorge that is easy to drive.
