The neighbourhood where we find this beautiful house is called Correeira, and it really is the hearth of this community. The soccer stadium, primary school, private hospital, and the municipal pavilion with surrounding amenities are just around the corner.

From this house you can easily walk to all the stores for your daily groceries and needed services. There are even some bars and restaurants nearby. For the real party people who are looking for long nights out, the Oura Strip and Albufeira Old Town are just 5 minutes with an Uber cab.

The house
From the outside you can really see that this house offers a lot of space due to the 3 full floors of living area. The house has a lovely and big garden in front of the property, which creates a lot of privacy in the garden and around the pool. With some smart landscaping this can even be increased.

In the garden there is also a nice refreshing outdoor shower, a barbeque and extra storage for your gardening tools.
