Situated on a quiet residential street on A sector of Camposol, with raised walls for privacy and security, access at street level is via two gated entrances. Vehicle access is via double ornamental metal gates, leading onto off road parking and a car port, with additional storage.
Pedestrian access is via a single ornamental metal gate, which opens to a couple of low-level steps into the garden. With pretty borders planted with colourful shrubs, a seating area tiled with typical Andalucian tiles, and pressed concrete pathways for easy maintenance, which lead to the marble steps with decorative balustrade up to the front terrace.
A glazed door opens into the front terrace, which has been glazed, with windows that open allowing the cool breeze to flow through. There is a ceiling fan with light, and patio doors which open to the pool area. A traditional Spanish wooden door with reja opens directly into the lounge.

As you come out of the bathroom, the rear door with a reja is to the left, opening onto a paved patio area. With two storage cupboards, outside water tap, small canopy over the door, and the gas water heater which is mounted on the wall.
To the side of the property is the above ground fibre glass pool, with a raised patio area, an outdoor shower, a seating area, and patio doors with a wind out awning leading into the glazed terrace.

Basically, Camposol has everything you would need without having to actually drive into the town.
