The estate
In its present set-up, the estate consists of a number of parcels, each with its own purpose. There are the building plots on which the three houses are built. In addition, there are 7 hectares with oak trees for the supply of wood. There are 26 hectares for planting crops and 6 hectares with cork oaks.

There are currently 3 lakes of different sizes on the estate and the current licence allows for the creation of a further 2 lakes. This makes the potential of this estate even better. Just think of placing tents near the lakes.

From the lakes, the cisterns can be filled, with a total capacity of no less than 68,000 litres of water. This water is used to supply all the houses and stables with tap water. Each house has its own biological waste water tank, which does not need to be emptied.

Within the current set-up there is room to build 2 more houses or 1,000 m2 of agricultural buildings. This is up to you to decide on the destination of this estate.

The Farm
The farmhouse is beautifully situated in the middle of the estate, on a higher part which gives you a 360 degree panoramic view of your own estate. The total of 377 square metres is divided into a living area, a stable and various work areas.

Although the farmhouse is a newly built house, you will find many authentic elements such as the Portuguese tiles in the kitchen. High ceilings with wooden beams, windows with a frame. This means that the used building materials (like windows, window frames and roofing) and installations (like solar panels, boilers etc.) are of the highest quality and standard.

The cowshed and the horse stable are connected to the farm, which also gives this property a lot more possibilities. The huge stable can easily be converted into several flats, a yoga room, an event location and much more.

The villa
The two-bedroom villa has a magnificent location right next to the largest lake on the estate. Because of the jetties, you have the possibility to recreate on the lake. The villa has also been designed with a great sense of style and eye for detail. The house is equipped with all contemporary luxuries, but also fits perfectly into the landscape. Here you are in balance with the nature around you.

Guesthouse
The beautiful authentic and renovated guesthouse of traditional stones, has a unique location on the estate. This is the perfect place to give your guests an experience they will never forget.
