1. The first 5 metres of land from the footpath had to be an un-walled green area but vehicle and pedestrian access (or parking) is allowed into each property by the owners.
2. The 5m of green area in front of each property belongs to that property and must be on the property title deeds. It can be divided by greenery but not built upon.
3. Each villa will have a garage.(Discuss with builder opportunities for converting into 3 bedroom.
These three requirements mean the semi-detached villa is 54.4m2 with a multi-use room (or garage) of 15.5m2 (total 70m2) on a 175m2 plot.
